These terms are an agreement between you and Celestial Interactive LLC (“we,” “us”) covering your use of the Celestial Tarot app. By using the app, you agree to them.
1. Entertainment only
Celestial Tarot is for entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration. Readings — including AI-generated Clarify interpretations — are not advice and are not predictions. They must not be used as a substitute for guidance from medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other qualified professionals, and you should never make significant decisions based on a reading. You acknowledge this every time you use the app.
2. Who may use the app
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Your account
An anonymous account is created automatically so your saved readings can sync. You may optionally sign in with Apple to attach your readings to your Apple identity. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Premium features (such as Clarify and expanded Journal capacity) require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
- Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Where required, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us; refund requests go through Apple’s report-a-problem process.
- We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods; you’ll always see the change before it applies to you.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no attempting to access other users’ data, no reverse-engineering or circumventing technical or payment protections, no using the app in violation of law, and no abusive automated use of AI features (we apply fair-use rate limits to keep the service available for everyone).
6. Our content
The app’s content — including card imagery, interpretation text, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use. You may share individual readings (e.g., via the Share button) for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. AI-generated content
Clarify interpretations are generated by an AI model, shaped in part by any optional context you provide. They may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. They are provided as-is, for entertainment, and Section 1 applies to them fully. You are responsible for the context you submit; don’t submit content that is unlawful or that includes other people’s personal information.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time; deleting your account removes your data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we’ll note it in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
